Trumph to Bergvik for winter rest

On September 29, Trumph was hauled out ashore at the shipyard Bergvik in Äppelviken by Lake Mälaren. The boat haul was preceded by sailing from the summer harbor on Runmarö the 19th of September via Baggenstäket and Hammarby canal with bridge openings and passing locks. With some engine problems, the distances when using the engine went well, despite difficulties in both keeping speed forward and stopping at quays.

Crew on board were Magnus, Ola and Pär-Johan. Unstepping the mast on 21 September went well. Bergvik’s shipyard is organized by Stockholm’s Sailing Association and at the yard there is also Bromma Marine Service, an authorized Volvo workshop that is much needed.
